Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026-10-05

These terms govern your use of the Ship2Drive CRM web service and the Ship2Drive mobile app (together, the "Service"), provided by [Legal entity name]. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If your company has a separate contract with Ship2Drive, that contract prevails where the two differ.

1. Access to the Service

  • The Service is for Ship2Drive's business clients, their staff and drivers. Accounts are created by an administrator; self-registration is not available.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done from your account. Tell us immediately about any unauthorised access.
  • Access may be suspended if your company stops working with Ship2Drive or if you breach these terms.

2. Acceptable use

  • Enter only accurate data and files you have the right to share.
  • Do not try to access other companies' data, bypass security or disrupt the Service.
  • Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

3. Data and privacy

Data your company enters belongs to your company. How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Driver data

The Service shows you the driver's full name and truck and trailer numbers as part of the delivery history. While your car is in delivery, you also see the driver's passport number and EORI number. We provide them only so the car can cross the border, clear customs or be collected at a terminal, and hide them once the car is delivered. Driver document scans and the driver's address are not shared with clients.

  • Use driver data only to prepare the documents needed for a border crossing, customs clearance or car handover, and only for that delivery.
  • Share it only with those who need it for that purpose: a customs broker, customs, border control, a terminal or a carrier.
  • Do not publish driver data, forward it to anyone else, keep it in shared chats or use it for any other purpose.
  • Delete your copies of driver data once the documents are done and no longer needed, unless the law requires you to keep them longer.
  • Tell us immediately if driver data reaches anyone it should not.
  • Your company is responsible for its staff following these rules. If they are breached, we may restrict access to driver data or to the Service.

5. Availability and liability

  • We aim to keep the Service running smoothly but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, including during maintenance.
  • Information in the Service (statuses, amounts, dates) is for reference. Invoices, contracts and other documents are binding.
  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the Service.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its design and its code belong to Ship2Drive. We grant you a non-exclusive right to use it for your work with Ship2Drive.

7. The mobile app

If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support — contact us with any question.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine.
